Great Expectations

I originally had the idea of having a bunny digging through a Saturday paper, which is about an inch and a half thick down here in Sydney. I realized that the paper would soon turn yellow, so switched to a pile of books - which is better anyway.

The bunny is modelart (polymer clay), the books are real, and the pile out the back is paper mache held up with chicken wire. Of all my sculptures, this one usually draws the most attention.
